Our ‘Regular’ range of reclaimed York Stone paving contains a mixture of smooth and riven flags in various tones, from lovely light buff to a more modern dark grey. 

Hand-selected to ensure a consistent high quality, it’s a very economical way of installing York Stone on your project, giving you a characterful authentic appearance and proven durability that’s ready to take anything life throws at it for another hundred years. 

Unlike our Premium reclaimed York Stone, some of our Regular reclaimed paving slabs may show signs of sandblasting which was necessary to remove dirt or staining. It all adds to the character though, and means you can make your budget stretch that bit further in creating a ready aged look. 

When you come to install you need to allow a tolerance between 1 and 4 inches in thickness, so make sure this is taken into consideration when preparing the ground. 

In terms of maintenance, we’d advise exactly the same as we do for all our stone. If you’re laying it in a high traffic area or somewhere with lots of trees or foliage, use a natural stone sealant to protect against staining. This will give it a bit more grip in wet weather too.
